The Flutter is an electronic motion mat with feathers that dart unpredictably under fabric flaps. One press and the hunt begins — a built-in motor moves a feather wand around the underside of the mat, simulating prey. Your cat stalks, pounces, and pins. You finally make dinner in peace.
How it works
Press the power button on top. A motorized arm rotates a feathered teaser under the mat's fabric flaps — randomized speed and direction, automatic timeout after 10 minutes. Press again to restart.

Why cats love it
It's the only toy that doesn't get tired. The randomization makes the prey unpredictable — cats can't 'solve' it the way they can with most automatic toys. The fabric flaps add suspense (they don't see what's coming, only the bulge). Most testers reported their cats checking the mat for activity even when off.
