Shipping policy

At Petiopika (operated by MBD International), our goal is to deliver your pet toys as quickly and securely as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines our processing times, shipping rates, and delivery estimates for all orders placed within the United States.

1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed and packed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates We offer reliable shipping options to ensure your pets get their toys without delay.

  • Free Shipping: We are thrilled to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $60.

  • Standard Shipping: For orders under $60, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Once processed and handed over to our carriers (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx), the standard delivery time is 3 to 5 business days.

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high volume or carrier issues outside of our control.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Domestic Shipping Only Currently, Petiopika only ships to addresses within the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

5. Damages and Missing Packages MBD International is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping, but we want to ensure you have a great experience. If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately at support@petiopika.com so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and finding a solution.
