When will my order ship?+
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days from our Brooklyn studio. You’ll receive tracking the moment it leaves us. Standard U.S. shipping arrives in 3–5 days; expedited options available at checkout.
What’s your return policy?+
We offer a 30-day Play Test Promise. If your pet doesn’t love the toy, send it back within 30 days for a full refund — we even cover return shipping. Used and well-loved is fine; we donate returns to local shelters.
Are your toys safe for puppies and kittens?+
Yes — every Petiopika toy is non-toxic and made from natural or food-grade materials. We recommend supervising young pets with any new toy and replacing items that show heavy wear. Each product page lists size and durability guidance.
Do you ship internationally?+
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is on our 2026 roadmap — subscribe to The Pet Letter to be the first to know when it launches.
Do you offer wholesale?+
