Refund policy
At Petiopika (operated by MBD International), your satisfaction and your pet’s happiness are our top priorities. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our return and refund policy is designed to be transparent, straightforward, and fully compliant with US consumer protection standards.
1. Returns You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it. (For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on pet toys that have been played with or show signs of use/wear).

In the original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."

Gift cards.

Used toys or products that have been exposed to pets, due to health and safety regulations.
3. Return Process To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Carefully pack the item in its original packaging.

Please note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
4. Refunds Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
5. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at support@petiopika.com with photos of the damaged item and your order number. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
